If it's a new story, give us a close up of her face and background story... where'd she get the dogs? were the dogs free? how much did they cost? Have they ever bitten anyone? have they ever eat'n pussy.... pussy cat that is = lol Piture is awesome, I think you need an intro on all your characters before you dive in... so many stories I get into here and say What? and then you're lost... So, Grab our attention off the get go = this is a damn good start, love the character, the dogs, the building - where are we going from here? but... where did she just come from??? that is the question you should start off with... Just my opinion, hope it helps.
