Always worth a full size peep!
This is for Trish (seven1234) who has kept me supplied with a stream of lovely ladies. Gwyneth is different from most of Trish's characters, she doesn't have that big eyed Manga look that comes from a big Aiko heritage. Rather with Gwyneth I think Trish has taken a big step towards a realistic and sophisticated lady. This is no put down of her previous characters, for I have loved them all, just saying Gweneth is different. And she is such a pleasure to work with. She just soaks up whatever color light you cast on her. Thank you Trish; Gwyneth is just fantastic!
Sometimes a character comes along at a fortuitous time in my writing career. A character just too drop dead stunning not to work into my story line; a character who has the ability to shift where I thought things were going and weave an extra unexpected dimension into the plot. Alora by Godin was such a character in my last Ishtar series. Now along comes Gwyneth and so I introduce my newest Delphinium character.
I will let let you know something of her but not too much until she actually steps into a page of the work. Which will be soon.
The basic question we must ask of Gwyneth is, is she a friend or foe of the Order? Or does she even know of the great conflict?
Firstly, we can see that Gwyneth is neither fae nor elf, she is human.
We can see that she is likely a fighter but is she a warrior? And whose side will she be fighting on? Or is Gwyneth her own woman?
She is a skilled horsewoman and athlete - I can freely tell you that. And she knows how to wield a wicked short saber.
Gwyneth carries with her a magic staff, but she is not skilled like Anna or Onna. What limited powers of magic she has she learned from her mother, but she is otherwise self taught. The staff was a deathbed gift from her mother. The saber was her brother's; but he too is no longer of this world. Their deaths have shaped Gwyneth as a young woman and put her on the path she now follows.
Friend or foe? Which will she be?

I like the dramatic dutch perspective and the gorgeous clothing. Thanks to my profound erudition I can also see that she will fit in a leather bikini! :) The render is exquisite but the postwork is true perfection in all details, softening all the hard edges. Friend or foe? :) that was an easy one, friend of course!

I think she will be a friend. :) She is gorgeous, I can see why you put her in the story! Sometimes I see a character and think that too, wow.. that would be perfect for X character. Gorgeous render! The light is always perfection in your pieces, and I love the way you stages this one. I'm gonna have to try a horse at some point. Great magical effects and I love the light on the blade and her expression.. she seems like one very able lady!
