Here's a fun little experimental piece I did tonight (well, technically LAST night..), just playing around with some new goodies. I used my Render Rewards, and snagged Kaposer's Breast Control System, which has been in my wishlist for some time. I can't recommend it highly enough. Between it and Posermatic's Natural Gravity Morphs (DAZ), it's easy to make your models' breasts look very natural, and not like they're filled with silicone.
Other than that, pretty much everything else I used here was free (except the trip to Eureka Springs AR where I took this photo - that wasn't free!) The girl is Irena, a freebie morph from ShareCG. The dress was from DiYanira (Chic Halter Dress) from the Rendo freebies section. The hair is WASG by the awesome Bice-Outoftouch team, and was a freebie from thier website, if I remember correctly. The shoes are P10 Pumps from ShareCG. Everyting else is noted in the credits below.
Irena came with only the morphs, so I created a skin mat and makeup for her in Photoshop.
Irena likes her new dress, and is checking herself out in the window. That reflection was a bit tricky to do. I used a simple box prop in Poser, and applied a reflection to it. I cut the reflection out of the original render, and applied it to the window in Photoshop. I added a few shadows to the scene, and here it is.

There is no question, your blending of Poser character against an image background is the most natural I've seen. The first thought that came to my mind was that you were using a prop BG. But looking at it closer and read the info you wrote, it just blows me away. So fantastically done, Rod!

Color me impressed Rod. That's some great work with blending photo and poser together. Really like that reflection work in the window and I do think those breast morphs look nice under her clothing too! You matched the light up quite well on her to what is going on in the photo. Really cool!

The reflection is superb looking, her butt doesn't look fat at all! (Wanna get in trouble? Just say that to the girl beside you in the mall, really loudly next time you pass a mirror!*) *Note, that I suggested you do it, and not meee....heehee
I wasn't even thinking boobs til I read what you wrote.... sorry, I can't tell you were playing with her boobies - lol Reflection looks good... the size of the girl and the sign behind her, I question... I could see some customers getting face slapped by that sign, especially on windy days.... Who ever hung it there wasn't thinking - lol
AH-HA! You fooled me Rod. When I first looked st this image I assumed that you used an inverted version of your girl render and added it into your scene as a reflection in the window. You ACTUALLY created a mirror? Well done buddy! Nice shadowing too! You even seem to have gotten the angle of the shadow about right based on the shadow of the shrubbery. I think the height of the shadow is a bit off and should be a bit more squat, but otherwise I think this is SUPERB! Great job Rod.

The very best thing about this scene has to be her reflection. The way you handled that with poser and then photoshop was a pure stroke of genius and creates a perfect bit of realism with this work. As always, no one tops you for seamless blending of photoshop and poser.

I would love to know how you did those reflections, and how you made such a perfect shadow! Both are wowzers! And your resourcefulness is unparalleled...using all those freebies!~
