Description
Captured way back in August of 2005, early in the morning, at various and sundry spots around town.
When walking or driving about, I wonder how many people notice that these are not the same in design.
For some inexplicable reason, I'm not receiving ebots, so don't feel that I've abandoned you vis-a-vis your uploads.
Ta-ta, and thankx for the visit.

How interesting!
Amazing that these are all in the same area! Ours are standardized. This is so interesting!
Lookin' good Harry. Five iron maidens:)
They must have happy dogs in California to go with the happy cows .. lol
These are soooo cool! I noticed the differences right away!! And now I have to go use the bathroom for some reason!
Oh Dave you do not have to go to the bathrrom! These are really cool. Ours look the same too. Some are different colors but the same design.
lot of diff ones where you live
Nice to see all the colors, I think ours are all the same here....I'll have to take notice.
Nice array of hydrants Harry! I like the yellow one in the middle... I never take notice of ours, so better be looking next time I go past one! :)
Great shots! The first one looks like it has shuffled over a little closer to the curb. The fourth one must know someone in high places because it got a cushy assignment in the grass. My favorite is the orange one. I like your new avatar.
The multitude of fire hydrants continues!! Sooo many. Well done Harry in finding so may makes.. Rob
