Description
Captured 9/6/09, around 11 AM, in the garden department of the Home Depot in Norwalk, California.
The same garden section where I photographed yesterday's marigolds.
A full size view is highly recommended.
Pics 1 & 3 are the originals; 2 & 4 show them with a dream filter applied. Thought you might like to see that.
Thankx for dropping by, and have a nice day.

I am up in the middle of the night after grabbing a snack from the fridge...and of course, I had to see what you've been up to. Very nice as expected:)

We have a quite different plant to which we give this name! (We call these rudbeckias.) I like 3 best.

Your susans are a little different than the ones we have up here, but they still have that fascinatingly intricate center structure. Nice shots and comparisons!

Very nice! the variation in the amount of brown on the petals is interesting. I like 3 best, with 4 as a close second. Lovely captures!

Hah, who needs a lensbaby when you can use some very cool filter. Love the postworked versions. Wonderful dreamy work.

That's what I love/hate about this hobby of mine called photography; you take a lot of pictures, and there are so many varied ways of post working them - the possibilities are endless. Sounds like I'm complaining, but I'm not lol the only thing I wish is that there were more hours in the day - and more energy to do more! lol Anyway, Love all the treatments here harry -- my fav is the 2nd one; the softer of the bunch :)
