Description

This is a new style from me. I try to learn more in Photoshop... I'm not "satisfied" with this product - but it is a start... Please give me "bad" critique, so I can learn more... (Don't laught - lol lol) The character on this picture is made in poser and it is Jessenia from Mariny - all other work is in photoshop

Maybe a little too green on the face reflection, but I love those flying lights! Great effects!

I do agree with some of the other comments about there being too much green. Otherwise it's really cool. Well done and very artistic.

I agree with others, that there should be more blue in this scene, as that actually seems closer to her face than the green sprite (?), also with the very dark background, the hair details are lost, just a couple of suggestions, I still have a lot to learn about Photoshop, good luck ! ~Cheers~

Not trying to jump on the band wagon, but since we're all aboard the critique train I'll hop on board. I like semitry, and if I can't have that I like balance. So I agree with the blue/green deal needs to even out a bit. It is a nice start with photoshop, nice effects. I just started playing with postwork myself, so I know it can be daunting, especialy if your stuborn like me and refuse to look at tutorials lol. But all in all, nicely done. Experimentation is at the core of some of the most beautiful random artistic accidents

Kirsti, it is a very interesting experiment. I think that you will find what is right for you as your proceed. I could not offer any critique to assist you. I just think that you should continue and enjoy what you've begun. The good of it to your eye will appear. And we will love it.

The glow effects came out very well! I guess I might have lowered her shoulder a bit more. :o) Great work, keep it up!

Actually i like the green. very limited pallet. Boris Vallejo uses a small pallet, and while i would like to see more of the blue refracted in her skin. all in all, this is a pretty good composition. of all the pieces in your gallery i was drawn to this one from the thumbnail. good job, and keep creating! -jeff

Very cool. I'd make her eyeballs white to get a more natural look but other than that she's perfect!

This is very well done - dramatic and interesting. I would tone down the green a bit, and remove the blue that is distracting. CC
