Great take on T'pol, you're the 2nd person I know (other than myself) who's working on making a v3 version of her, it's a T'Pol-O-Thon! On a side note, is that enterprise bridge by Hoagland a free-stuff item or a pay-piece?

Very well done. A few comment if I may (since I've been studying Jolene's face recently). Her chin needs to be a bit broader. The brdge of her nose needs to be slightly wider. Her eyes should be a little rounder and she needs bags under her eyes. And of course, if I may, ummm ... T'Pol has much larger breasts. Love that texture.
