Description
We drive by this mural all the time. And I always say "I have to take a picture of this!"
Finally.
What I love about this mural,
besides the fact that it is AWESOME!
Is that it is actually made up of individually cut pieces, not painted! It's more like tiles!!
Simply amazing!
I will doe some close ups next
Hope you all have a great Thursday!
;)

very cool....seems to be like some of the murals done in the hispanic section ...the colors, style ....
Wow! A mosaic of non-uniform pieces. Very cool! The way the pieces are cut gives it a gem-like quality. Faceted. That's the word I'm looking for. Any idea who did this?

What a mural... impressive display of passion ! Excellent !
Still battling my way back!! I am so far behind on gallery visits that I can never realistic catch up on the backlog if I continue to write my typical comments. The rational thing to do would be to delete everything and start over thats what everyone has been telling me to do. Instead, Im going to spend my time looking and enjoying and just leave this calling card behind until I can get current. Once I catch up, I can get back to my typical fare. Love, Meredith PS - Incedible tile work!! Thanks for sharing it wiht us. Can't wait to see the close-ups!!
Fantastic capture of Urban Art! Bravo!
