Description
This one was on my hard drive for years, sitting in a .ZIP file unused. That's a shame, because it's a real beauty. it is now textured, nearly fully rigged and I love the way it looks. Apparently that blue is one of the Chevrolet 1957 stock colours, along with tons of really well chosen colours and two-tone combinations. There were even two different shades of pink available for those who wanted one of them. This one won't be rigged with opening doors as the geometry isn't there and I don't think it's worth the labour to do the research and add that extra detail.
I will add my standard lighting rig, but it's getting late here now so that will have to wait until tomorrow.

The guy who made this did a great job, and the colour came along with it so instead of customising that colour I ran with it. Glad you like these.

Thank you. It seems in those days cars did look better, even though modern cars burn less fuel, go faster, are stronger and cost less in relation to average incomes. I still wish modern family cars looked better than they do and less alike.
I loved these Chevy Bel-Airs when I was a kid. A neighbor had a 1955. Super work!
Thank you! Judging by the number Chevrolet sold I think a lot of people loved the Bel-Airs, especially from 1955 to 1957 and many people still do. I have even heard teenagers comment positively when they see images, so the designers got something very right.
