Hello dear Friends,
Here I've placed a few photos together to illustrate the poem.
The 1st photo was taken from a place where you can see our house.
Then you see the view from our house (our front garden),
first the side to the east, and then the side to the west.
btw, opposite and to the left of that white farm is an extensive walking area where I often go to take pictures of insects.
And the last photo was taken in the middle of nature, not far from us.
The Landscape I Call Home
Meadows and a hillside,
the murmur of insects,
flax outlined
and softly awakened
by the sunlight.
A place of quiet delight,
the old farmsteads,
sunbeams lingering,
a spider's web
adorned with pearls,
setting the tone.
