~Appleseed Trio~
From the world of Masamune Shirow's "Appleseed", we meet three captivating characters brought to life in this dynamic resin kit. The artwork draws inspiration from Shirow's influential manga series, which originally debuted in 1985 and has since spawned multiple adaptations, including a popular anime film in 2004 and a TV series in 2007.
On the left, we have Deunan Knute - a skilled soldier fiercely dedicated to her mission. As the series' female protagonist, Deunan navigates the complexities of a post-apocalyptic world, showcasing her remarkable combat skills and unyielding spirit. To her right sits Hitomi, a vibrant and supportive presence in Deunan’s life. As a friend and ally, Hitomi represents the hope and resilience of humanity, often providing crucial assistance in critical situations.
Completing this trio is Briareos Hecatonchires - Deunan's steadfast partner, lover (go figure!) and a formidable cyborg. With enhanced abilities and a strong sense of justice, Briareos stands as a protector not just to Deunan but to the ideals they both fight for. Together, they embark on thrilling adventures that explore themes of identity, humanity, and the effects of technology, making Appleseed a timeless piece of science fiction storytelling.

Nice to render these as 3D printed figures. I wish they were real.
I always loved action figures, but not enough space to put them, so they end up in boxes - which defeats the purpose of having them. LOL
The good news is that now we can render them, so they only exist in my gallery, where space is not much of an issue. Nonetheless, I noticed already that this theme is unpopular at Rendo. 😋
This theme should be VERY popular at Rendo. This is the prosses that would turn their renders into real world objects.
Yup, I thought it would be, but I suspect Anime in general is rejected at Rendo. 🙂

I don't know. I guess every site has its perks. As you can see here, whenever I post this style, it's hard to miss the dramatic drop is views and comments. I guess it is what it is.
