To the deleted Comment: Its not that absurd or impossible as You think; of course the theological Part is speculative, but thats always so.
The Cosmologist tell us that the Universe(s) come out of "Nothing" wih the help of Quantum-Fluctuations. They deducted, too, that there might be many parallel Universes, separated by the Zones of "Nothingness", which allow no Passage!
So Your Idea, that there might be many Universes or Planets with different Schedules for personal Life is in good Agreement what we know! (Best Ting i what the Scientists do NOT tell us: Who or what causes the Fluctuation!!! ;)
