Description
A doctor hired this young man to rehabilitate this old dump into a new office for his medical practice. He looks like he's pretty much a one-man demolition and construction crew, all rolled into one!

Nice pose and lighting. Nicely laid out scene. He's going to some buckets of water and some scrub brushes to clean that place up. Or maybe he's going to knock this part down and rebuild. It's a job, but he's got the muscle for it.
