Very Beautiful
A very nuanced, beautiful portrait of a young maiden at a masqued ball. You captured a 19th Century feeling. The long, long hall is bathed in beautiful dark shadows, the lights shine in a mist. The windows have purples outside---to match the purples of the floor. The hall is empty---she is walking alone, perhaps to meet her mate. Being alone, she seems like royalty, or (better) like she has been chosen out of many to be special. She has a fairy tale quality. I love the glasses over her eyes (it's actually more of a veil, in the shape of glasses), and the matching crown, necklace and gown. She looks surprised, innocent; and you've given her a skin tone that is finessed and quite beautiful. Beautifully done, like a scene from a fairy tale.
