Description
Original character wearing a tweaked Lully's Crimson Gown with one of Muelsfell's gothic lamps in an HDRI hallway. As always, the scene started out a lot more complicated using Victorian props etc. but my patience lagged more than the GPU. The point light over the lamp's wick sorta overwhelms it but the scene would have been darker with the wick alone and I have received excellent advice that my scenes run too dark. Also added a spot to accent the character's face a little...
If I remember, one of the character's prose descriptions ran something like "Taller than most men, with a host of dramatic features competing to dominate a narrow freckled face.."

Thanks Iron - Victorian, Gaslight, Gothic and Steampunk - something in that lot for everyone, particularly with females characters. Then again, we don't have to spend half the day dressing and undressing. Think I read somewhere that upper crusty Edwardian women might change six times a day. I'd stay a peasant on that account alone, handmaids or no...

Thanks hashdoc. Highly recommend Muelstell's Gothic lamps. The lamps and candelabras are perfect for period pieces and the poses alone are worth the price.
The lighting effect works a treat
Thanks long - the Muelsfell lamps are gorgeous - both in their period designs and lighting effects. Softened and dropped the intensity one this one a little and added an offset point and it all fell together.
