Hahahaha this is so awesome! I don't even know what I expected when I saw the title but LOL! And then medieval guy, as we often do today with our own pets, has the biggest smile on his face too. I love that touch. Medieval figures in art don't usually have that look on their faces and it's so refreshing to have that little twist here. :)
True - the Mediaevals often look bored, or pained in some way. They didn't have the dentistry etc that we have today ... or, for that matter, the soft toilet paper ...
