She’s been let into the store to stock up on essentials but she’s only allowed a limited supply. What to choose?

Another rather topical artwork so I can always remember these extremely strange times. Here we see how one goes shopping for essentials during the quarantine when certain supplies are limited per customer to prevent hoarding. I tired to make her look as casual as possible. Notice the purse in the child seat of the cart? That’s what I always do as soon as I grab my cart and it seemed like a nice detail to add. Now, which will she choose; red or white wine to go with all that toilet paper? I’d go with red because she’s already got some fruit juice in the cart and sangria is fantastic. I miss being able to drink alcohol!

Yeah, that somehow looks familiar! Great looking scene, very real and and natural. "Strange times" indeed, I think we need a new word, "strange" doesn't quite cover it anymore!

Yep, things have changed and we have no idea when (or if) things will return to normal. We used to have several short shopping trips a week. Now we go once a week and usually have to hit 2-3 places to get what we need for the week. It's very tempting to "stock up" (aka "hoard" LOL!) but we've tried hard to avoid that. Very well thought out idea and image.
