Description
Perhaps anyone knows the name of this big dragonfly ...(perhaps Sympetrum vulgatum...)
The green bg is the bokeh of the water of the lake.

Beautiful insect, and great close-up
Fine little dragon-fly, brilliant photo!
Wonderful capture of this little critter, J_C...nice clarity of the intricacy of the wings--I have no kind words for the lake's water...
The color of the water is only due to reflections :)

Beautiful
There was a pond near my house when I was a kid and every year the dragon flies would show up. They were shiny green type and some of them got very big. They were not afraid to check us out, got buzzed with their fly by's a couple of times...
I don't know what it's name is, but it sure is pretty.
Superb - colors, details, and composition are all great!!! Wonderful presentation my friend!!!
Wonderful little bug, great shot
Superb macro !!
Merveilleuse photo cher Jean!
First of all it is again a great photo. To that when I see it would make a great pen as design. Your pictures always have that certain touch!
