Thank you mega lots for your time and comments, they are so highly appreciated my friends. It does mean the world to me.
So wish my a hole roommate would stop his farking superior and Authority attitude with me. Lately been feeding a homeless kitty who's also recently trusted me and comes when called and let's me pet it. A cute tiger looking cat. I'm not allowed to feed it on HIS property no matter our next door neighbor also helps feed it, and yes the food dish she has is in HIS yard, but it's ok is she feeds it. I call him Tig-er like the old cartoon. He says THIS IS MY HOUSE, and what I say goes. Only been his friend since high school. Been paying rent here since 1990. Now he wants me out by end of this year like last year, but he claims he's selling the house. Ya right! He wants to retire this year at my expence for all the cash / rent i have given him since 1990 to help him pay it off, and now it will leave me almost homeless, but thank goodness i got my dear mom for backup.
It's difficult to forget the harsh words he said last year when he wanted me out.
His words were
" maybe you should start thinking about pitching a tent under a bridge or in your mom's back yard, she should let you in to use the bathroom ".
I was unemployed at that time but was still paying him the rent with help from my mom and some great friends.
Been so bummed and feeling so low.

What an a... he is. I think it will be better to move somewhere else than have such a creep as roommate. It definitely will bring you peace of mind. You take care Steve and hope you get things sorted out soon.

Looks like the Sun has turned into a White Dwarf by the year 2525. It also looks like we haven't gotten the water pollution situation under control yet, either !!!! Sorry for your problems. I hope your roommate isn't a Renderosity member !!!
