Description
The whispers from the stars that astronomer listen to are naturally occurring radio waves. These signals are extremely weak by the time they reach us here on earth and a cell phone is many billions times more powerful. Steampunk technology probably could not have detect these signal but I'm sure they would have been interested in the stars just as we are - would you like to talk to one of their astronomers?
