just to let you fine folks know that I am alive, I think! Trying to get back into the swing of things at work plus all the wonderful pitfalls of getting older. So my time is taken up with work related stuff and by the time evening comes, I'm just plain worn out.

yeah you guys got hit with a roaring hot summer, it seems...Chicago, which normally is hot in summer, has been temperate. Hope it cools off for all of you soon...Honestly, I can't tell if the pet is the creature or the guy! Love these two, and the guy looks like an old Ghandi, with a mohawk! And I love those sneakers on him! A delightful duo, in a big open yard. That's a rough pet, dude, he might wanna consider a cat...Great humor here, and I do hope you get the rest you need. You've had a few very rough years; and (as you know well), as we get older, those things take a longer toll on us than we think. And having an invasion on top of it doesn't help...take care, Mike, your wellness is more important than anything...
