This is for a valuable and loving friend, whom I think you will all recognize when I say the name, Glenda. ;-)
So, with a whole load of virtual embraces, and the wish that you and your dear husband Jim, will celebrate much more blessed birthdays with each other,

Happy Birthday, Glenda! And I wish her and all her loved ones a blessed year as well. And what a shining piece you made for her. This piece shines as if you molded it out of metal. It has gold in it---but with green undertones, and purples and yellows and other hues. It's luminous. Even the edges suggest that you carved this on a metal plate---even though I know you did it with fractals. The purples are royal, deep and rich. And your shapes are intersecting with real depth, real 'connection'. And you gave us all the open areas around the central ganglia. There's so much variety here...Beautiful work, Jacomina, a spiritual statement. And a wonderful gift for Glenda on her birthday...
