working with lighting and such as well as determining that if I push the render quality up and increase the time allowed, I get better renders. As Benny Hill would say, 'Learning all the time!'

She's a real beauty, Mike! Kinda reminds me of those folks that would climb up flagpoles and sit on them back in the 20s. I would much rather look at her, though. A delightful render, Mike!
Indeed, it is a continual learning process… I've been using poser since 2009, and Photoshop longer than that. I still learn something pretty much every time I open either of them up. And of course now there's DAZ Studio to play around in. Not to mention Blender, VUE, Amberlight, etc. etc. etc.

A little unclear on the concept. She’s supposed to be under the gazebo not on top of it. Benny Hill also said, “Never assume because when you assume you make an ass out of u and me!” Maybe my favorite line of his.

unfortunately I don't know much about rendering, but I sure like what you got here. I love your pieces against black: They always have such presence. This vine-y gazebo is great against all that solid marble and that totally black background. Scruffy and wiry. And there seems to be some kind of confluence of energies---the two stark white ellipses seem to be made of light rather than matter; and the horizontal one is cut off by the vertical. (And the top of the vertical is frayed by sheer atmosphere.) And the spirit on top---sexy and very agile---is totally comfortable balancing up there, swimming in air. And, instead of wings, it looks like she's got 2 eagles on her back! Pure Mike stuff. She fits right into this strange otherworldly locale. Finally, all your objects are recognizable---as they are in many of your pieces---but your combination of them makes each one so strange and new. Something you do constantly in your work. Another real mind journey, Mike.
