could be just pulled muscles. after my 85 old sister had the second surgery on her broken hip replacement, her back was really bothering her. therapy has helped her cope . a very simple solution could be the chairs you sit in. I am using Bamboo chair pillows that walmart sells and they really helped me.

No good to hear your still in pain.About a year ago I was in chronic pain for about 3 to 4 month it was worse when I laid down..didn't get much sleep..That's when the 3d art helped me so so much..I wish you well and speedy healing hugs flying through my friend. So sorry to hear about your pain ,I hate waking up and going to sleep in pain with a pitch nerve in my neck that's what is happening here ,have you ever tried TENS"? I give myself treatments and it helps you may be able to get the machine and electrodes from your healthcare FREE like I did ..Oh if only your pain would changed to soft lovely and awesome work like your painting rag doll wow !!
