Very original and interesting shot !!
I have bee driving myself crazy trying to make V4 look pregnant, and here this tree does it naturally. Wonderful image!
It is very good!
Wow...truly remarkable tree....
That looks very odd, fine shot
(I'm skipping just to get several post-dates...the length of my comments makes it impossible to comment on everything I've missed, unfortunately...) This is terrific, 1) for the sight itself: A great bulging tree tumor, one of the largest I've seen. But 2) your capture really puts that bulge into our heads: It's coming off to the side, which allows us to see its mass. And that huuuuuge trunk takes over the rest of the shot---and it dominates! The green behind it is fine foil to this orange-y trunk. Beautiful work, capturing a behemoth a sight. (Man, what I'd do to see this in the midwest...)
What a fantastic find I have never seen something like this before
