Description
The magpies are very shy birds. My capture is taken far enough, but I think it is not too bad.

It's fantastic! It's amazing that you captured this shot, JC! I've never seen one of these birds before. Here, there are now Snow Owls coming as far south as Pennsylvania. Some guy in Bradford County has had his farm become a tourist attraction because of it. Very rare I know now. It would be so cool to see one.
superbe
You did a great job!
Superb shot!
It looks alot like a bird here called a magpie, they are a scavenger bird, noisy but beautiful. Nice pic of this bird, Jean.
Beautiful bird, and we can see spring is coming !!!
And dressed in a tuxedo! :) Great shot!
Love these birds - though truth be told I'm really fond of all critters - ok, maybe not spiders and wasps. I'm often described as this bird because of my liking bright and shiny.
Quite the stark setting for this bird! A most excellent capture, Jean!
Great capture, beautiful image !!
jolie
Excellent shot,love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
c'est une très bonne image étant donné qu'il s'agit d'un oiseau difficile à approcher.
Je ne sais pas quelle était la focale, mais c'est bien net en tout cas ! :) Super photo, Jean-Claude :)
Awesome
Superb shot i just love the magpie!!
Beautiful my friend.
Magpies I've seen in California are rowdy- definitely not shy LOL They a beautiful birds and this is a great capture!!!
it looks like he likes being the star :)
l'oeil aux aguets...tes photos sont de belles réussites sur tes promenades !!! Bravo, j'adore !!!
Exquisite, beautifully captured Jean. The Australian Magpie walks along the ground searching for insects and their larvae. Birds will also take handouts from humans and will often venture into open houses to beg for food. My youngest sons school had one make its nest in the building, and boy what fun was to be had. They can be very aggressive during breeding season and attacks on humans and pets can occur. Other time you can walk among them and come up looking for food.
take care my friend cheers
That's a beautiful capture.
Spring is coming 🐣🦆🦅🦋👏👏👏brava Jean-Claude ottimo lavoro!!👌👍👍👍💯
Beautiful capture!
fabulous capture of the shy bird 😃
Tu l'as si bien capturé, ici, bravo JClaude !
Fantastic shot! I love the reflection in the eye. These birds cannot sing! They are gangsters and sound like machine guns first thing in the morning :D
Amazing photography.
