Captured way back on 10/18/09, at the beautiful Orchid Show held at the beautiful Huntington Botanical Center and Conservatory in beautiful San Marino, California.

(another artistkimberly comment in all bold, and a COMMA at the end!) Carin says she's always thrilled by the myriad different orchids out there---does that mean that there aren't many orchids in S. Africa? I thought they were fairly ubiquitous...Well regardless, a big burst of pinks and browns and whites, your composition lets the front flower "echo" through the pic (via the orchids behind it). And you caught this big yellow-green leaf in the background---on the left---which acts like a big waterfall of yellow. Very strong background. A big in your face shot of these sensual exploding flowers, and another fine flower capture from you.
