Another of your very strong pairings of stark abstraction in the first, and swirled nightmare fantasy in the second; the second being a variation of the first. In this one, we see the glass on an angle (rather than from the top), and it makes a beautiful whole with its long glittering shadow. (You capture the 'light-lines' in these shadow-shots, often, and they look like electrical current.) And the light across that creamy surface is beautiful---w/ beautiful soft shadows too. In the bottom shot, you've made a series of colonies, and you have the same sharp definition of edges, but the shadow winnows its way across the frame like the lower portion of the Mississippi Delta---all criss-cross and bulges. A beautiful second half, with the top curving beautifully, and "isobars" moving throughout the lighter portions. Your whites alone, in these pieces, are worth the price of admission. Beautiful.
