impressive architecture.. Nice shot !
Great shot Richard :)
Beautiful stone work on this one! I echo QuietRiot's thoughts about the labor required
When I see buildings like this I wonder what each room was used for, and which rooms were private (i.e. bedroom, bathroom, dining room, etc.). Nice photo of this. Also interesting breaks in the symmetry. Keep up the good work! :-)
Nice house!!!
Great capture of this beautiful architecture!!
Magnificent house structure, cool find and shot, Richard.
Wow. Remind me to go panhandling in that part of town when I'm down on my luck! LOL. God forbid. This reminds me of my guest house.

Beautiful building!
An amazing piece of mansion building. More info at Galveston Historical Foundation. Great find, Richard.
Great capture Richard. I wonder many little old ladies contributed to this enormous building!
Christ never lived in anything that is mentioned in the readings, but his bishops need these grand palaces to keep the ignorant masses in line! LOL! I can't get over the hypocrisy of the religious hierarchy! Do as I say, Not as I do! A magnificent work of architecture and a superb photo, Richard! To bad it had to be wasted on a bishop!
Fantastic details on this. wonderful shot!
At first thought this was a model lol - cool capture!!!
