Description
This is a macro shot that I made last week. And I played a bit with it.
To help you a little, I took this photo in my kitchen.
So what do you think?
Decreasing of my medication I'm doing a little slower, because last night I had to go to the GP helpline. Tomorrow I go to my own doctor.
I was too drastic, as it turns out, typically me. ;-)
Thank you very much for your support dear friends.

splendid capture from behind a little bottle of oil !!!
either a drop of water or oil on the fingertip!
I hope they get your health issues sorted soon. My thoughts and prayers are with you
A drip of something more viscous than water maybe...some type of liquid Soap maybe
Dripping OIL? It looks fantastic. Jacomina :-)))
Very clever and beautiful! I do hope you get sorted out very quickly!
looks like oil ...but not sure!! great capture!
Very very interesting !!!!!
Fantastic capture my friend... Very well done !!!
Interesting. Looks like a vegetable dipped in oil, photographed and then the picture turned upside down. - Bob
I've no idea what it really is, but it looks like a wonderful piece of hand-blown glass! What a terrific picture! :)
:) I think it is a drop of oil, I guess it's tiles you see in the background through the oil, wonderful macro**********
blown glass art with a thick liquid inside? sorry to hear you are ill
Yes, this looks to me like a glass sculpture of a snail, but I'm sure that's not correct at all. What a beautiful work!
Well done but no idea what it is .. my be a glass bell
An extrodinary capture! It has the appearance of dripping cooking oil. Good luck at the doctor tomorrow. I hope for you a speedy recovery!
You have had fun with this excellent capture and got us all guessing. I think you turned the photo upside down to get this great effect but not sure. I hope you get better soon Mies.
very lovely and hope you get help and be better all the times
boeiend... een druppie olie ??
une goutte d'eau
Hmm, an upside down capture of kids snot ? or this way up, a glass Alien helmet with a antenna !...LOL's
Cool macro and challenge for us and take it easy on the drastic :o)
Well done & ~Cheers~
Schitterende opname met een mooie reflectie erin.
kan dus ook een afwasmiddel zijn.
What a fun game, Mies. I do not know what it is for sure, but I love what you did with it and I sincerely hope you will enlighten us so we do not all die of curiousity. But even more I hope you have a productive visit with the Doctor. Succes!
I would have gone for oil also a wonderful image :)
Looks like oil to me as well. Trust your health issues will be sorted out Mies. God bless.
cool capture
Turned a bottle of oil upside down and captured the air bubble as it rises? Cool shot.
My first choice would be Dish-washing detergent - upside down bottle, of course...
Thank heavens you found out, it's something else about that 'pill-taking saga' - why couldn't they tell you that sooner ? - instead of experimenting with you, when you are most fragile ? let's hope, there will be no more nightmares...
yes, if you were having bad reactions to stopping your medication, you should cut it down more slowly. It's always hard to know what's right. And I agree with Brigitte, they shouldn't experiment with you, esp when you've had health problems. I hope it works out better for you now.
As for this image: It really looks like some kind of glass or plastic. And it looks like you've poured something on top of it, like oil, or even clear honey. If it were a single water-drop, I can't imagine it forming a shape this complex. It looks like a glass pear---ie, a glass-sculpture of fruit. The top thing looks like the "stem". And we can see bits of the kitchen reflected in it too. Whatever it is, it's a beautiful picture, mysterious and shining, and with deep yellow-green hues. You textured it too, like a canvas. It's beautiful, whatever it is. All the best to you with your health, Jacomina. I hope your doctors will help you so you don't have to bear this all yourself. And I hope your flu is either gone or near-gone.
Cool capture Jacomina.
