Description
This is a symbolic image, dedicated to a special art friend (claude 19), as well for his beloved wife Maïté.
Symbolically, to show here both of your warm, and open heart full of sunshine.
I wish you both, Maïté and Claude, lots of sun rays will guide you, throughout your further life.
I am sorry that my French is poor, we had a horrible teacher of French in school. ;-)
p.s. In Dutch this flowers are called (in literal translation) Gold-flowers.
So these one are very expensive, although they come out of our garden. :)
Dear friends, thank you for your generous comments on my images, it's much appreciated.

Nice work Jacomina and I hope you didn't have to wrestle too many bee's to get your shot ! LOL
~Cheers~
"gold flowers" is perfect. (In English, "marigold" probably meant the golds of the Virgin Mary.) Beautiful light in your photo, beautiful golden yellows. Great clarity on the leaves and on the early bud standing between the 2 flowers. Beautiful textures too. This is an outstanding flower shot, Jacomina! And you framed it beautifully too. I also think a lot of Claude, although I know him only through his work. (He's one of a number of artists whose work I love, but I haven't made time to comment on. My regret, believe me.) A beautiful dedi for him and his wife. Your photo is full of golden light, and also enough shade to make it thoughtful and introspective. A beautiful upload.
