Hello dear Helle,
As a tribute for all your wonderful paintings, and of course to celebrate anyway your great variety of talents,
I copied your beautiful image: "Mountain church", which you set on your gallery on Dec. 16.
Through PSP, I added this picture of an angel, which I had recently taken here in the Church of Sweikhuizen.
A private angel for you, dear friend, who will always take care of you, and all the years that lie ahead,
will make for you into a festival of music and colour.

I wish you a lot of healthy years, with much inspiration, love, and joy.
And I hope you forgive me, I'm a day late.
Haha, maybe the flu has affected my brain, because I really thought you had birthday today.

Second, it doesn't matter that you're a day late (or that you thought her birthday was today), because the love is what matters. And because I know you and helle are dear to each other, and that transcends calendars. And besides, being late lets Helle celebrate a day longer...
You did a great job using Helle's church painting! You took the church itself, along with a little of her ultra-dramatic sky and dark trees, and you put an angel in front of it, kneeling in humility. That painting is so dramatic and wild, this angel calms it down . And you even painted the angel's shadow. It's like Helle is calming a very dramatic night, with her warming loving presence. Beautifully done, Jacomina, and a wonderful dedi for our friend. (Happy Birthday, Helle!!!) And Jacomina, I hope you get better soon...sorry you fell ill right around Christmas. I wish you healing and plenty of rest...
