Description
Taken at my county's premier nature reserve - Whisby. I thought I would dust down my Infra red converted Dslr and shoot some shots of the fresh spring foliage. Water always gives a cold dark contrast to the glowing white foliage in IR scenes. So I try to get some in whenever I can.
A larger file as mono images are easier to compress to sub 500 Jpeg!

Beautiful image. I've always wanted to do some IR photography but never got around to it. Really must do it soon. :-)
Brilliant Kev, what nano filter did you have installed? If and when I decide to get the 40D converted, I think I'll run with the R72 for false colour process, I have a 960, but that needs so long an exposure, that one needs little to no wind.
