On the beach in Bandon, Oregon. The elements are all real, but I decided to play with the color & light (more than I usually do) & give it more of a fantasy feel... Please zoom.

I am, believe it or not, finishing up your dedi as we speak (I hope it goes up by evening's end). But I wanted to comment on a couple more of your images before I did. This is a beautiful job, Claude, it looks like a wholly realistic scene, but on another planet. In other words, you transformed the earthly look but kept its integrity: No hue is out of place, it retains its own color schemes, textures, etc. Wonderful deep yellows back there; that sky is purple-y and moody; the foreground is brooding and intense; and the driftwood---grumpy, as Andrea says---takes on a living feel, with your purples and highlights. Love the work you did on this. Totally organic. And the actual sight's not to shabby either, lol...(we don't get these things in Chicago...I mean, you pass scenery in any week that I won't see here in an eon. It's a beautiful sight.)
