Well ... maybe they're not really birds, and maybe it's not really paradise, but the title popped into my head and refused to go away. :P
One day Bill and his cousins went to a movie (something in which I had no interest) and I stayed home with the dog and did laundry. Oh ... and took a bunch of pictures at his cousin's house. :D (They said they had a great time, but I'm not a fan of movies, and I'm quite sure I had the more enjoyable day!)
This was in their back yard in La Quinta, California, which is right down the street from Palm Springs. So if you think that part of California is a paradise, then the title isn't so far off after all! I'll leave it to you to decide.

Flamingos of another color. I wonder if they're cognizant of their lovely surroundings. And those rocks are right up my alley.

Well, whatever the case, they are quite lovely, and this is a cool capture of them, Tara! And here, I was gonna break out my Extended version of Lord of The Rings and treat you to all 9 hours of it..... LOL! Oh, well.. I guess I'll just grill some salmon instead. :-D
I rarely go to any movies now. I agree, its enjoyable shooting photos. Aloha
It is a most beautiful photo, although I see scratchy palm leaves in there! I don't do cinema either, far too loud for a start, and I don't like being shut in the dark with a load of badly behaved strangers any more.
Well, they look like birds and it looks like paradise with all those colorful rocks and lovely plants. since we can make our own reality I am going with the paradise theme here. Thanks for sharing your vision :)

What a lovely capture! I have one of those crane statues in my back yard, the looking-up one; but there's nothing remotely paradisical out there right now, it's freezing and brownish.

You are right, dear friend, sure you had a much nicer time by being in such a paradise. The photo is fantastic with all the colors and the greenery, and of course with a flamingo Adam, and a flaminga Eve. The snake must be hidden under those beautiful stones, and the apple......already eaten, I guess.
Beautifully composed image & the colors on that rock are fantastic. But, being a big time film fan myself, I still don't understand your indifference (or maybe even antipathy?) to movies...
