Description
a dedi for a new friend Sally here at rendo, she sure has some nice art, and has been through difficult times. she has my prayers and thoughts..
hope it brings smiles to all that need one..
about 20 min ago got a reply on my resume for a job, they make you go through this questionare about what would you do in this situation, how do your firends consider you as, are you shy, if you found a $50.00 bill in the parking lot, what would you do?? or yada, yada, and about 30 others.. all fine did that, then they want my credit score to bring to the interview, all i have to do is use the link and print out. well have not had a printer in years, not much need for one, plus ink is farking expensive. besides i do not need to be judges by a score.. so "f" it!

Lovely...great humor!
Boy are they making people jump though hoops. I know when I hired people the personnel office did all the background checking. The applicant was not required to do anything other than fill out the app. and pass a drug test (added in the later years) because they could legally do it. I did check their references though, and because what I did was technical I usually knew someone that was employed at their prior employer, unless it was for a trainee position. Then it was pretty much how they came across on the interview. I sure we never did a credit check. I normally gave the applicant a hypothetical problem and asked them how would they handle it. I usually hired the person who had the best answer. As to your render I like it. It sure is busy and it looks like you can come in ,but you can never leave. Song I heard had to due with that subject, which I will not put link to as I know you can not here it.
This is such a very cool image Steve. Amazing work love it.
Brilliant.. absolutley brilliantly mad.. love it.. so much in there.. lots of subtle references.. commiserate with your job experiences... there are some cretins in HR positions that seem to put people through unecessary and irrelavent BS in order to justify their positions. You feel like giving them a Liverpool kiss...
Very fun image...
sorry to hear that bro, I hope things get better for you! This image is very colorful, nice work
Steve, I'm so touched by your dedication to me, it just about brought me to tears! Love the zany humor in this which I've needed a lot to get through the tough days when I wonder if there's ever going to be an end to my troubles. You have the heart and soul of an angel and I am so glad to be your friend! {{{{hugssss}}}} Sally
A really fun work. Nice job.
Amazing image, love Zlata :o)
