Description
This evening, Jo and I went over to our local Bass Pro Outdoor Shop. Inside (these places are HUGE if you've never been inside one...) there is a restaurant called Islamadora Fish Market. The food there is just off the hook delicious.
The item pictured is calle the 'Super Chipper.' It's a HUGE pile of freshly made (on site) potato chips topped with melted cheese, diced scallions, tomatoes, and crumbled bacon - all topped with sour cream with a cup of Ranch dip. There is enough here to feed a platoon of Marines. And they call this an appetizer??
Thank heavens for take-home boxes!
Now that I've made you all hungry, go have some supper - you can thank me later! LOL!

we always go to the GIGANTIC Bass Pro shop at Myrtle Beach when we go on vacation...LOVE that place......and the Appetizer!

Wow!! This looks SOOO yummy! I have just had dinner so not hungry, but this still looks good. Yes, sometimes when you order an appetizer and it comes, the size of it is like WHAT??? That is why I sometimes order an appetizer as my meal. No wonder us Americans are spreading out so much, LOL. We don't have any Bass Pro Shops near us, but I think we should!!!

That's just cruel. :) There is a restaurant in my town that makes the homemade potato chips and they are amazing I only go there about once a year, and as a treat I always get the chips. I also have made them at home, and mine are about as good theirs are just a bit better.
What a yummy post, Big Bro. Glad I already ate dinner before I saw this. :-) If I have this for an appetizer, I will have no more room for the main course.
