Description
Captured 3/16/12, mid afternoon, within treading distance of where I lay my head at night.
Positively ZOOM worthy.
Since most everyone liked my first rock garden posting from a few days back, I made a special trip back to the handsome urban homestead for more delightful fotos, taken at various POVs.
Gee, just think of it......no more mowing, edging, watering, weeds, resodding. fertilizers. Now if only the feral youths keep their distance, then everything will be hunky-dory.
Farvel, thankx for coming aboard, and for any and all favs and noncritical comments

guess the neighood kids got all the rocks they need now so this looks wonderful here
Marvelous work Harry, I really like the landscape they have here.
Interesting they even did the sidewalk part...hum. Great shots Harry!
Outstanding return visit results Harry. What do you want to bet this resident moved here from somewhere in Arizona where this is pretty much the norm. This is a beautiful job by the landscaper and the photographer! Well done:)
Excellent pios of what is to me really unpleasant and anti-nature.
Well they have gone to a lot of trouble to create a desert but I like green with flowers in spite of all the extra work. Excellent captures all the same and I wonder how long it will stay like this.
Well, I think it's loverly. Barring natural disasters and vandalism, it should stay like this forever.
I like it too; and for some reason it reminds me of those mosaic craft kits you could get when I was a kid. That gray part is shaped much like a pollywog. Someone did a lot of work here! Excellent collection of views, Harry, you did well!
looks like so much work for the first ,beautiful but i like more greens :)
Fantastic shots!
Yes, I'm with Rosy.. Looks like a 'street' effort! That's really good to see! Street Pride! So good.. Fine collage Harry, good shots of a project that worked well for the street.. Rob
Fabulous collage and individual photos Harry. Even the fire hydrant looks new and very different.
I just came in from 4 hours of yard work, I hate then. LOL just kidding great image very impressive. One of my neighbors took their yard out two summers ago, and replaced it with a beautiful flower garden with a walkways and a fountain and bench it looks beautiful.
