Description
Hi friends,
This picture was taken in November. It was taken from a hill, hence the dark discharge, what I've deliberately not cut of.
It was taken near Valkenburg in the South of our province Limburg.
The castle's name is 'Schaloen'.
Thank you for visiting my gallery, you'll see me tomorrow on yours, to many stress today...+#%&:(

This is such a lovely view Mies, and that Schaloen Castle is amazing. Hope you have more pics of it to share.

A really lovely view Mies and you were right not to cut off the dark.
Fantastic looking scenery Mies. Your area looks like a wonderful place to visit. I hope your stress level goes down tomorrow. I know from work that prolonged high periods of stress it can cause illness.

Beautiful shot! I love your photography, Mies! And there are always so many memories associated with them. We used to drive through Valkenburg when we would visit the Netherlands American Cemetery. Your photos make me wish even more that someday we'll be able to visit Nederland again. Thanks for sharing your pictures!
Wonderful landscape - and castle, can you actually visit it ? This all looks so peaceful and serene and so romantic, nice time to take a long walk 'und viel frische Luft' ;) I wish I was there right now, to see it with my own eyes - maybe one fine day! thanks for sharing this Jacomina, BB
Such a beautiful view of a gorgeous place-I hope the little person on the bike enjoys it as much
très belle photo de votre campagne sous un soleil d'automne encore chaud !!! J'avais pourtant interdit que mon château soit photographié !
