Description

This Sunday marks the fourteenth anniversary of the launch of the Jupiter II, the NASA's ill-fated expedition to Alpha Centauri. Following the mysterious failure that left the ship lost in space, NASA cancelled the project. There has been no communication with the crew. They are presumed still in suspended animation or deceased. There was an unsubstantiated report two years later that youngest crewman William Robinson had somehow appeared in a small Midwestern town. Internet conspiracy buffs have taken this as proof the launch never occured.

Okay, Judith for Judy, that makes sense. But "June" Robinson? Umm, shouldn't that be Maureen Robinson (as played by June Lockhart)? Call me a pedantic schmuck if you like; I probably deserve it. Otherwise, a neat lil' homage. Sincerely, Bill
