Description
It was a perfect Halloween night in Iowa City-- foggy and a full moon. My buddy Bruce, my girlfriend Laurie, and I went to the local cemetary to take some long-exposure photos.
For this one Bruce stood stock still for two minutes while I hoped the tripod would not slip.
Incidentally, Laurie convinced herself that the Living Dead were going to attack us any moment. I handed her my strobe and told her that if that happened, flash them with the strobe. That would drive them away long enough for her to run.
She bought it.
I do not regret we broke up a while later.
