absolutely cool capture, Sig! Very beautiful planes
Who knew Manfred Albrecht Freiherr von Richthofen was one of four identical twins! Beautifully composed mate. A great shot. If I may offer a suggestion, next time call them ahead of the shoot and order four daring but dainty wing walking girls!!!!
Super shot of these awesome planes!!
Beauties all Sig! Looks like four Boeing Stearman of the Red Baron Squadron sponsored by the Schwan Food Company when you saw them in 2005. Here's a postcript I found: All of us like round numbers when it comes to celebrating anniversaries, but the Red Baron Squadron was never to make it to its thirtieth. On Dec. 3, 2007 the Schwan Food Company shocked the team’s staff with a decision to move in a new marketing direction due to changes in retail food sales—whatever that means. The Red Baron Squadron pizza box will still feature the helmeted pilot with flying scarf at the ready, but never again will parents hear their kids asking for Red Baron pizza on the way home from an airshow. The team has disbanded.
I am glad you told me that Bill. I am glad I captured them when I did!
AWESOME Thanks for sharing!!!

Maybe they are not around anymore because their props all stopped working at the same time you took this shot, lol.. Great capture..
