Because there will be times when one is faced with a dilemma one cannot immediately fix - to deal with the stress and frustration - one must find a way to channel that energy - temporarily elsewhere before it consumes you.
In the gym, with his daughter's bodyguard, Shawn is doing just that... working off some of that pint up energy.

Lighting done with Reality 1.2 = there were some issues with it due to the way I set up the lighting that I'm not happy with, but - the more I use it, the better I'll become at using it. In either case... it's not bad. I've done WORSE! Lmbo!

this gives me an idea for all the bored strong youngs,instead of trashing things in the streets why dont we connect them and use the resulting energy,instead of paying worthless lawyers who pretend the poor guy/girl had a bad childhood,if i would break something each time i got smashed by my father i would be doing nothing else.but it needs brains to overcome and alas there is not too much around anymore hehehehe. sorry i had to rant lol. excellent presentation.
