Description
Captured 1/11/18, mid morning, within the cozy confines of my congenial condominium.
Inspired by, but a departure from, my usual outside branch and leaf shadows, I thought I would take advantage of the sun streaming down from a narrow stairwell window, which casts its strong light upon my dining room table from around 9:30 to 9:45 AM every day, to snap shots of my bifocals, that I placed at various positions atop the back side of a place mat.
I had to work rapidly due to the movement of the sun....or, shall I say, the revolving of the earth.
Anyway, just a change from my everyday serious stuff.
Incidentally, the ear support parts of the eyeglass frame are a bit askew from each other, which doesn't say much for the shape of my head.

Claude19: I'll take it under advisement.
These are great captures of light and shade you have in this collage. Excellent work with all the different shadows.
Your getting very creative with light try an egg and move the light around it gives some interesting effects, very nice work!
Hey COOL idea Harry!! Getting creative either means you have allot on your mind and you need to keep busy or you are just plain are having a brainstorm of ideas...lol I usually get creative when I am mega pissed or depressed as far as my writing or 3D Art is concerned. Oh well. I Like your new "view" here my friend...Keep them coming!! :-)
Digitaleagle: I'll also take that under advisement.
I have to agree with Rose on this one, it was a cool idea you had Harry
Excellent series! The shadows are super.
Terrific idea and you did a great job. The first one is my fave, it really shows off the bifocal.
Lol Cool!!
If you hadn't already said it, I'd say these are spectacular shots!1 Great idea, Harry!1
Fascinating to see a different casting of the shadow. I still have not accepted a fact after 3 yrs for my macro and manual shoot I need to put on my glasses...yuck...lol.
My glasses sit just the same way! Interesting idea!
Very interesting!
Excellent idea and realization...I like the pattern in the lenses in the first shot. Well done!
I like what I see... very cool~
Harry, I stand and applaud your fantastic imagination. I have been under the weather for a couple of days and this was a wonderful dose of “spark me up”. Dana
...earpieces askew...? Yup, we are all that way. I didn't know that almost everybody has one ear slightly lower than the other until I asked why my earpieces were never even:)
