Description
The Yellowhammer, Emberiza citrinella, is a passerine bird in the bunting family Emberizidae, which breeds across Europe and much of Asia. In parts of Europe it is in serious decline.

a beautiful bird, it always reminds me of my childhood on the Wiltshire downs near my home, and sunday walks with my dad, we used to watch the Yellowhammers and the sky larks rising above the downs
