Very nice capture, Dana
Last of the 'Robber Barrons', some describe Hearst. Still, he had excellent vision for architecture.

B E A U T Y...A REAL PALACE
A guest house, wow, imagine staying there!!!
Great capture, very nice garden and architecture.
Wonderful shot! Ha, guest house. This is larger than most homes today! Would LOVE to have been a guest of the Hearst's!
Beautiful capture! :)
Quite interesting (very) historic house
must be a real big "house"- i am so glad that its not my castle - big job for cleaning!! beautiful picture in a sunny land!
Great shot of American old school excess with a European accent. Always interesting to see these places close-up. An aside: some years back I worked with a woman who had lived in California in the Seventies and had watched an episode of The Rockford Files being filmed there as part of a crowd of on-lookers. that's what I always think of when I see this place. great work.
What a super place to take a holiday. I love this series you have captured so well for us to see this beautiful place.
Another stellar pic of the ostentatious edifice and grounds, Dana. With all the rooms and amenities, why didn't they just call it Hearst City instead of Hearst Castle?
Absolutely adorable dear friend, marvelous place! Thank you for sharing!
wow lots of room. wonder if all rooms was full at one time?
Love this shot of the guest house. Is this Casa Del Mar or Casa Del Sol? Do you recall? The Hearst family still actually owns one of the guest houses on the property.
As beautiful as this property is, with an astounding view of the ocean, and Hearst's wife refused to live there. Anyway, this was one of my favorite guesthouses there.
