Description
This image is for Trish and Maddelirium. The character is the most lovely and charismatic Amaya Bleu by seven12342 (Trish) who I find to be a lovely goth character. Her skin well captures whatever lights you throw on her, giving her a wide latitude with many different scenes.
Here I tried to invoke the classic Hollywood horror flick glam image of the late 50's. Goth or fantasy? I could not decide but finally put her in fantasy in part because that is where most of my work winds up and there is a bit of a magical feel to the image.
This scene is getting close to where I have always wanted my art to go. It was inspired by the work of Maddelirium who to my mind is producing some of the most gorgeous fantasy and goth images on this site. I have spent a long time studying her images, trying to figure out just how she had done her work. It has been a pleasant journey and I encourage you to do the same. Some of my faves are: "Fire"
"White Witch"
and "The Spell Caster"

"Demonic Dreams"

She really is a beauty in the true classic sense Roxie, and you did a super job of giving this image just the right Hollywood Horror Flick feel for sure. Brilliant job as always, it is always a thrill to visit your gallery.

your creation roxy of atmospheres is fantastic, alway can feel the aura in your awesome images, love the colors and blendings you have. love the effects, props and beautiful character.
Well, Roxy, you've created another stunning image, here! I always love looking at your art, and just soaking it in. Just beautiful! Perfect atmosphere, and the slightly tilted viewpoint adds to that air of mystery. I'm looking at that sparkly spell she's casting - most fascinating. I think I know how you did it, but I'll keep your secret safe! LOL! I love it no matter how you did it! Outstanding!

stunning image, beautiful light and character, excellent
Fantastic scene!!!
As usual, your colors really pop here! Good use of the mist. I think it would add if you made it swirly a bit at her feet as if moving through it moves the mist some. Just an idea :) Thank you for the great suggestions on my pieces. I really find them helpful!
This is really excellent work! Very nice!
