Joey feels GREAT! He wasn’t sure what to think of the twin brothers at first. His shyness kicked in as usual. But Simon and Sean are a most irresistable pair to deal with. After they deduced that Clint and Ridge were still an item, even though the guys denied it over and over again, the twins started paying more attention to Joey. They found him irresistable, once they broke through his inner defenses. Before long, they had him laughing and giggling and carrying on like a little kid. In fact, these guys really thought of him as if he were a younger brother and treated him as such. It was like they were kindred spirits. They even admitted that grape Nehi was their favorite soda. They had Joey tell them all about his night with Nate and how he felt about Nate. They were such skillful interrogists, they got all the details out of him. The evening was a pure delight. Both Simon and Sean were expert cooks and could have easily gotten jobs as chefs at any fine restaurant. Everyone ate most sumptiously as the brothers tried to outdo each other with their culinary creations. After such a divine meal, everyone slipped into swimming trunks and went out to the jacuzzi to relax and allow supper to settle. It didn’t take long for everyone to get comfortable. Joey felt right at home, sliding in between the twins and grabbing them both around the waste, wearing a huge grin from ear to ear all the time. The twins loved it! Un-shy Joey was a real pleasure to be around. Clint watched in amazement at Joey’s transformation! He couln’t be happier that someone finally broke through Joey’s defenses. He knew all the time Joey had a great personality. He just needed the right catalyst to bring it out. The twins were just that catalyst. Later that evening, when Clint had a chance to talk to Simon alone. He gave him a great big hug and said, ‘You guys have worked a miracle tonight with Joey! I can’t thank you enough!’ Simon said, ‘What do you mean? Joey? Why, that little devil has a heart of gold! How could anyone not love that little critter?’ Welcome to life outside your shell, Joey!
