Sean and Simon are enjoying taking the travelers around the complex to show off their improvements. As they converse with each other, they find a lot of mutual interests. New friendships and bonds begin to grow. Sean points out a unit that has been prepared for the travelers while they stay here. As they return to Clint’s car, they hear a helicopter flying low over the place. Everyone looks upward as it flies low over the complex. ‘Hey Sean! That’s the guy we hired to take some pictures of this place. What a coincidence he showed up today.' Simon continues, 'He has his copter linked to the internet so he can transmit his pictures directly to his website as he takes them. Let’s go inside and see if he has anything good yet!’ They all follow the Everglade brothers into the mansion and enter a rather spacious office. Simon turns on his computer monitor and quickly brings up the website. Sure enough, the pilots photos are starting to appear there in sharp focus. They like what they see. Simon and Sean send one of the pictures onto a big screen television mounted on the wall. Everyone gets a great view of the complex. The brothers use it to better explain all the work they’ve been doing improving the complex. When their Mother purchased the site, the property had this old mansion along with the two story caretakers house that sits out front. Their Mother built the L wing just like the one she has at her original site in St. Louis. The guys have moved the mansion further back away from the entrance circle and expanded the pavement. They have completely rennovated the mansion and modernized it for their uses, adding a huge state-of-the-art kitchen and dining area. They used the old guest/caretaker house as a pattern, with some improvements in floor plans, and added three more buildings just like it to the grounds that can each be rented out as one big unit or as four separate ones. Several fine brick walls have been added to improve security and provide room for any future expansions. The guys can see a lot of Amanda’s original designs in the picture but see where the changes the brothers have made to this place could have the potential to turn this B&B into a money maker when it finally reopens for business. Clint starts thinking about this and the wheels go around in his head. He asks the brothers, ‘would your Mother be interested in taking on a silent partner? I’m thinking I might like to invest in something like this!’ The brothers look at each other in surprise. They had never considered such an idea, but had to admit there might be some merit to it. They still had other additions they wanted to add. Their banker won’t loan them anymore until they start to show a profit. They tell Clint they will discuss it with Amanda to get her reaction.
