Description
...this is where John Mrazek goes to work every week for the last 25 years. His office is the cockpit of his Harvard Mark IV. John is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
His job? Aerobatic pilot, aerobatic flight instructor and certifying authority for other aerobatic, airshow performers.
For those hearty enough to go with John, there's a seat in the back...hop in ;-)
See my next upload for the beginning of his routine as seen at the mid-July airshow in Arlington, Washington.
Bill:)

I guess John loves his job and his Pussycat II, but I must say I dont envy him :-) Excellent shot.
Great shot. John is most certainly a better man than me!
I'll keep my feet on the ground for sure!...Great shot and fascinating info!
Great shot Bill, but I think I will stay with both feet firmly on the ground.. lol
I love to watch aerobatic performances and wonder at the endurance of the pilots.
"Howdy John"...that's a seat I'd take. What a cool job, and what a cool plane to do it in.
'I'll GO!!!!!!' Thats the Job for me! Sorted... Great shot Bill.. Love it.. :-) Rob
wonderful shot and POV!!
After you Bill :o) Must be an amazing flight!!!!
Better him than me! Excellent capture!
You know, I'm not sure if I'd go or not! LOL! I've loved all my flight experiences, from ultralight to private plane to commercial jet (except the part where you just sit and wait), so why not aerobatics? :) On the other hand, I don't much enjoy fair rides any more, so who knows? I think I'd at least try it once. Great "you are there" shot!
I'd love to hop and take a ride... Delightful work as always....
What a job. Hats off to him for making it happen. (and to you for the photo :)
What a job! He is a talented man, but I will watch from the ground!
Wow...would be a cool experience for sure...cool shots Bill!
I would love to go,(I think). Great shot Bill.
I think I'd like to take a ride with him--I think!!
Splendid image!!
real cool I pass on the backsit bu I bet you can get super photos as he doing his rolls and you in the plane takeing photos of the earth.
wow great capture!
Great shot! I'd go!
Nice Pussycat. Great shot. I have enjoyed all your airshow shots.
Great capture Hugs Susan~!
Excellent capture but I'll pass on going for a ride with him, I like to stay with my tummy.
I would love to go but the wings would present a problem for photos.
I know what that back seat can be like! My brother taught aerobatics and I went through quite a bit of that with him, probably enough for a lifetime, LOL! It made me remember him taking a newby out for a demo once. Apparently the fellow had eaten spaghetti for lunch and lost it in the middle of a roll. Pieces of spaghetti were dropping from the top of the canopy all the way back!
ench&ante!!
Whata agreat job, I'd love to sit in that back seat and go for a ride. Excellent capture. :)
Nice angle / compo Bill. Any luck with a lens for your Olympus? I actually was checking out their micro 4/3 camera called the pen. They do make great ones.
I was lucky enough to snag a few hours of aerobatic training. Sadly the instructor's real job kept him too busy to actually get very far along. It was a blast though!
